Jeffry is also currently President & CEO of Surfacide Manufacturing Inc., Surfacide International Inc. and Surfacide Services LLC., a manufacturer and global provider of leading UV-C Disinfection systems, which Jeffry formed in 2013. Surfacide Manufacturing Inc. has rapidly expanded globally with sales into nearly 20 countries.

Until January 2020, Jeffry owned and lead Team Spine Wisconsin Inc., where his team provided sales, technical support, logistics and product expertise to a range of Neurosurgical and Orthopedic spine surgeons, and to hospitals throughout the upper Midwest. Team Spine WI was the authorized sales agency for Medtronic Spinal & Biologics for over 20 years. Jeff sold the business to Medtronic.

Jeffry also founded and fostered Insight NeuralMonitoring Inc., which was acquired by SpecialtyCare Group, Brentwood, TN, in February of 2012. Insight Neuralmonitoring  is a highly respected regional provider of full service intraoperative neuromonitoring, which was based in Minneapolis, MN and provided services to hospitals and surgeons throughout 8 Midwest states. 

Prior to that Jeffry worked for Medtronic in the Neurologic Solutions, Spinal and Biologics businesses in a variety of sales leadership and commercial roles around the world.

Jeffry has served in a variety of charitable interests including Community Health Initiative, with whom he has made numerous medical mission trips to and throughout Haiti. Jeffry also has a dep rooted commitment to Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin Foundation, where he has chaired a major golf event,

A graduate of Calvin University in Grand Rapids, MI, Jeffry sits on a variety of advisory or other Boards for a range of early-stage companies. He lives primarily in Oconomowoc, WI, and enjoys visiting his home in Boca Raton, FL, where his wife, Jennifer lived previously. Jeffry enjoys his frequent international travels, loves to play in the outdoors, especially on the water.
